The Elite Girls Academy is designed for girls that are looking for a competitive training environment.  The camp is geared for girls that have participated in club soccer at the academy or competitive level.  Campers will be taught proper technique and tactical application of technique through small sided games and contests.  All activities will be arranged in a fun, safe, skill-appropriate environment.  The camp staff will include Drake coaches, current players, and former players.

-----------INFORMATION FOR REGISTERED CAMPERS-----------

Soccer Cleats

Campers may wish to bring some spending money, as we will have merchandise and drinks available.

Please do not bring valuables and electronics (ipods and video games).  Campers will be asked to turn off cell phones and leave them in their bags during camp.

In the event of poor weather, we will move camp inside so please bring cleats and indoor shoes each day.

To ensure a good camp experience for everyone, campers are expected to be respectful of other campers, staff and facilities.  The camp staff will address the camper on the first incident; however a second incident will include a conversation with a parent, and after the third incident we will ask the camper not to return to camp.  Please have a conversation with your child about what is appropriate behavior!

Dropping Off and Picking Up Your Camper: 

We will have a coach outside of the Fieldhouse to monitor drop off and pick up.  Please pull your car around on 27^th Street facing South (so your car is on the same side of the street as the Fieldhouse).  Temporary parking is allowed in Lot 4, which is across from the softball field on 27^th Street.

Directions to Fieldhouse:

From the West:  Take I-235 East to the 31^st Street Exit.  Turn left on 31^st Street (crossing back over I-235).  Turn right on Forest Avenue (at the McDonalds).  Turn left on 27^th Street.  The Fieldhouse is the brick building on the left.  Use the 27^th Street entrance.

From the East:  Take I-235 West to the 19^th Street Exit.  Turn right on 19^th Street (one way).  Turn left on Forest.  Turn right on 27^th Street.  The Fieldhouse is the brick building on the left.  Use the 27^th Street entrance.
